Welcome to our 14th-floor apartment with a breathtaking view of San Juan Bay and the airport — the perfect spot for your stay in the city. This beautifully equipped space features three bedrooms and one recently remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. A hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided for your convenience, along with fresh bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and sheets for every room.

The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a smart TV, and a mirrored closet. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, air conditioning, and a mirrored closet as well. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a ceiling fan, a work desk, and a mirrored closet — ideal for remote work or study.

The living room features a ceiling fan, a comfortable sofa bed, and a smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix and more. The dining area sits next to large windows showcasing the stunning view of the bay and skyline.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, microwave, conventional oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and dish soap. For your convenience, there is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Guests have access to one designated parking space inside the property. The complex has a gated entrance with a security guard, who will allow entry and guide you to your assigned parking spot, marked with the apartment number. If you have an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked outside the apartment complex, as only one vehicle is allowed per unit inside.

Check-in is self check-in, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience. However, we’re always here if you need us! Both Rey (your host) and Madeline (my assistant) are available to answer any questions or assist with anything you may need during the check-in process or throughout your stay.
